Ok, it is like this. because the other plan didn't seem to work i have a better idea. There are five (5) levels of each ability, and each rank will have various points to use/get...

Strength - How strong your character is.
Speed - How quickly you can move, and how easily you can dodge attacks.
Intelect - How easily your character can determine where they are, if they are in genjutsus, ect.
Skill - howeasily you can use your jutsus.


Level One - 2 points to get.
Level Two - 5 points to get.
Level three - 8 points to get.
Level four - 10 points to get.
Level Five - 15 points to get.


Genin - 10 points total.
High Genin - 5 more points.
Chunin - 5 more points.
Sp. Jounin - 5 more points.
Jounin - 15 more points.
Anbu - 20 more points.
Sanin - 40 more points.
Kage - 50 more points.


Only three skills may have a level of five.
Kages get 150 total points. Extra points, for whatever reason, must be approved by your village Kage, or Valdeo.

You can only upgrade three skills a week, and once that is done, you have to wait until next week. Once a skill is added, it is PERMANENT, meaning no take from this skill, to add to that skill.

level 2: 45
level 3: 60
level 4: 80
Level 5: 100

Element or type affinity
Better with:
Gen
Tai
Nin
the higher the level the less it costs to use that one type
level 1: -1 CP cost
level 2: -2 CP...
etc...

Element:
Level 1: can use jutsus of 1 element 1 rank below current
Level 2: can use jutsus of 1 element of equal rank
Level 3: Can use Jutsus of 2 elements, the first as forementioned and the second of one rank below
Level 4: Can use jutsus of 2 elements, both of rank equal to the user
Level 5: Can use jutsus of 3 elements all of rank equal to the user
*Note: KGs count as an element

Tai:
Level 1: General punches and kicks
Level 2: attacks can now have chakra added to increase damage
Level 3: User can now have a style with jutsus of 1 rank lower than himself
Level 4: User can now have a forementioned style with jutsus of equal rank
Level 5: User can now have 2 styles, the first the same as forementioned, the second with jutsus of 1 rank lower

Gen:
Level 1: Can use basic Genjutsus...1 rank lower than user

basically same as above except with resistances.

ok im confused by this. cant we just stick with the KSP and ASP system. its much easier to understand.

even if you go with this how many points does each rank get.

i like this it is easier than the dice roll but ichi does have a point on the point of what the heck does each rank get

i seriously dont like this because this will have everybody re-make their jutsu and weapons, and all that stuff that i dont want to do over again with a new confusing system.it looks okay but its too confusing.

whatever, the thing is we need a system and we need it now and to explain the point system i contributed to each rank gets a certain number of points to use. and each level costs a corresponding amount of points. Level 1: 1 Level 2: 2...etc.
