This stage unlock no jutsus. However, the use of the Sharingan in this stage allows the user to be imune to Visual Genjutsus of rank C and lower, and allows them to better have a better dodge rate of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu

Many years ago when Ichi was only 11, he was just out of the academy and had been running around with freind for a while. They were all playing and talking about what ninjutsu they would learn and how great they were gunna be. Ichi had been talking the most or more like bragging to the others, always talking about the sharingan.
Obtaining the sharingan was Ichi's greatest dream, he had already learned some fire jutsu nad had started to take the responsibilities of a man when he and his father had discussed his quest for the sharingan. It was at this time when he had the powers and abilities along with the importance of the sharingan in his family. His mother had used it and so had his father.
Ichi always training always practicing trying to get his sharingan to work. But each time he tried to activate it without hacing it show up has failed. When he turned 12 there was still no sign of his sharingan but Ichi still worked hard. Ichi and his team went on mission, although they werent always challenging they got done.
His sensei was his best freind he always helped him learn and improve. It was his first C rank mission he had been going on training missions and D ranks his whole time as a genin and this was his first chance at a challenge. It was to track down a C ranked criminal, a former chuunin from konoha in fact.
Everybody was excited, and nervous as well. They thought of this as there greatest challenge yet, the challenge that would help them suceed and move on in life as a shinobi of the village hidden in the leaves. They were on there way when they found the camp and were hiding near by before attacking. They had found out that the chuunin was being escorted by B ranked criminals.
It was decided that the two genin and Ichi would go after the chuunin and sensei would attack the B rank criminals. they charged in battle, the three seem to be winning while their sensei occupies the two criminals. But then the target performs some jutsu and takes all the genin. Ichi manages to get back up right before getting kicked again.
Ichi got up on more time but as he raised his head the genin looked right into his eyes, both red with one tomoe sitting there spinning every once and while. The criminal threw a kunai at Ichi, The kunai appeared slower than before, like he could tell where it was going and when it was being thrown. He easily dodged and then attacked. Being able to tell at the last second were he should, somtimes he didnt hit but threw a fake once and before the criminal could recover from the feint Ichi already made a handsign and said "Fireball Jutsu" A greate ball of flame erupted from his mouth as it soon engulfed the criminal.
Ichi said to himself "Is this the power of the sharingan, my family heritage?" As he went to help his sensei he could tell that he didnt need it, one of them was already down and the other was getting backed into a corner so Ichi helped by cutting him off from running by throwing a few kunai. The criminal was taken down and Ichi's sensei carried the two genin back along with Ichi. He forgot to de-activate his sharingan so when he got home his mom and dad were so surprised.
Ichi finally had some time alone at midnight to go to bed so he quickly went to bed before anybody else could come up and keep him from sleeping.
